A Chartered Land Surveyor registered with the French Order of Chartered Land Surveyors under no. 05993, Édouard Noël is Head of our Rambouillet office and our second office in the Yvelines, located in Versailles. A graduate engineer from ESGT in Le Mans, he has extensive expertise in land and property matters, covering both technical and legal aspects. With significant experience in development projects, he has a strong understanding of territorial issues and helps secure complex projects.

A Chartered Land Surveyor registered with the French Order of Chartered Land Surveyors under no. 07081, Kévin Javerliat works at our second local office in Versailles. An INSA graduate engineer, he supports clients with their land, surveying and property projects, taking a rigorous and pragmatic approach. His expertise includes boundary surveying, land and property studies, co-ownership and surveying, including data acquisition using laser scanning and drones.
Attentive and committed to clear communication, he helps secure projects from initial design through to completion. Kévin Javerliat is also a member of the BNI Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (BNI SQY) network.

The profession of chartered land surveyor is regulated in France. Our cooperative company has been registered with the French Order of Chartered Land Surveyors for over 60 years. All our offices are also ISO 9001 certified, and for more than 10 years we have held two CSR labels at confirmed level: Engagé RSE and RSE SCOP BTP. Our company is also a member of the FNEDRE (French National Federation of Underground Utility Detection Companies) and is certified in georeferencing and utility detection. Our teams also hold numerous professional certifications and authorisations (CATEC, Chemical Risks, HEBE, Radiation Protection and ATEX), enabling them to work in a wide range of environments, including confined spaces, industrial sites and nuclear facilities.
