Over 60 years of expertise
Founded in 1964 under the name Techniques Topo, we have continuously expanded our expertise, strengthened our local presence and innovated to support urban, suburban and rural development, as well as construction projects, while adapting to technical, environmental and societal changes.
1964: Our origins in land planning and development
Founded during a period of rapid urbanisation, TT Géomètres Experts originally operated as a surveying engineering company specialising in infrastructure and land development projects.
The company's first decades were marked by:
- Supporting local authorities with land and property management
- Construction surveying and road and utility infrastructure project management
- A key role in urban development projects
1980s–1990s: Controlled growth and diversification
Over the years, TT Géomètres Experts expanded by integrating or establishing new offices. Each new location was built on in-depth knowledge of the local area, a strong local presence and continuity in client relationships.
This growth was accompanied by a gradual expansion of our expertise:
- Integration of legal advisory services
- Development of mapping
- Development of expertise in 3D modelling and BIM
- Structural instrumentation and monitoring
2000s: Structuring the company and continuous investment in innovation
From the early 2000s onwards, TT Géomètres Experts embraced digital transformation:
- Early adoption of photogrammetry
- Acquisition of terrestrial 3D laser scanners and drones
- Deployment of collaborative GIS solutions for local authorities
- Development of specialised working methods for sensitive environments
Alongside these technological advances, we strengthened our organisation to support the company's growth by harmonising working methods, sharing expertise across offices and improving internal tools, ensuring consistent service quality across all the regions in which we operate.

Since 2017: A strong identity serving local areas
In 2017, the company adopted the trading name TT Géomètres Experts, more clearly reflecting our core profession and positioning. This period has been marked by the consolidation of our local presence, the strengthening of our technical and regulatory expertise, and an increased focus on environmental challenges, sustainable land management and the quality of geospatial data.
